What is RAJO, SAJO and TAMO?

How are they linked to the 4th stage of sehaj?

The fourth stage is above all these. Our karma can be classified according to these three types: rajo, tamo and sato. Traditionally people tried to become saativc. But that doesn't solve the riddle that even if our karma are saatvic, how can we escape the cycle of karma and rebirth?

Guru Sahib has answered this question by showing Gursikhs a "chautha pad" or fourt stage which is beyond karma. This stage is through meditation on naam which destroys all karma.
