punjabi typing and fonts

I am planning on getting some papers typed in Punjabi and want to know the best font etc to use so that they'll be searchable later on.

Which font etc. should I use?

Any Singhs with any information regarding this..please advise.

I personally use gurbaniakhar font and am used to it but I have heard that there are better fonts out there, that many Punjabi newspapers use.

In the end it does not matter which font you use because there is a software out there that can convert your punjabi font into any Punjabi font you like. I don't know the name of this software but know that newspaper people have this and as such it can be obtained.
