just to add further.

No matter what version one read in between it all ends up at Guru Sahib who says

Gurfateh

Das would like to add that when Bhai Sahihb undertook baptism,he took it with one Maulvi, who was later called Sant Lakhber Singh. So he was more for converting non Sikhs to Sikhi.

If Bhai Sahib happened to be baptised and a Maulvi was present at the Amrit Sanchar.. does that mean he supported conversion of non-Sikhs to Sikh?

It just seems to be a tiny incident which does not really mean that he supported the conversion.
