Is akaal takth the most important takht ??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Basically God(Guru Nanak Dev Jee Maharaaj Jee sits in Harmandir). Guru Hargobind Jee Maharaj sits in Akaal TAkht. Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maharaaj Jee sits at KESHGARH SAHIB.
Harmandir is the spiritual headquarter, akaal takht is the political headquarter and keshgarh is the army headquarter.
without army(keshgarh), there can be no rule(akaal takht) and without rule, there can be no dharam(harmandir).

Keshgarh is the most important takht AND THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

Bhai Sahib,

Though you may in fact be correct, daas does not agree with your reasoning to come to the conclusion that Kesgarh Sahib is the most important takht. Daas would argue that the jyot of all Gurus sit at all Takhts as the Guru Granth Sahib Ji resides at every takht. Therefore, it is incorrect to say that Guru Gobind Singh ji sits at Kesgarh Sahib, Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Harmandir Sahib and Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji at Akaal Takht Sahib as this implies that these Gurus are separated and their powers are 'specialised' in certain places, when the fact is that they are all of one jyot together in Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Though each Takht is significant as it is associated with one human form of Guru ji, this does not give any Takht a certain 'superiority'. In a broader sense, daas believes that where Guru Granth Sahib Ji's prakash is done, this is a true Takht of Guru Ji.

ਨਾਨਕੁ ਕਾਇਆ ਪਲਟੁ ਕਰਿ ਮਲਿ ਤਖਤੁ ਬੈਠਾ ਸੈ ਡਾਲੀ ॥
Nanak merely changed his body; He still sits on the throne, with hundreds of branches reaching out.
Guru Granth Sahib Ji p.967

Daas can see what you mean in your reasoning by applying army (khalsa), rule (miri power) and dharam (piri power) but this does not prove that any takht is more important. One could easily reverse the order of arny, political rule and dharam to prove another Takht is more important. For example, without DHARAM, there would be no basis for RULE or politics and therefore no need for ARMY to enforce the RULE. Thereby changing the order of dependence, you have proved Harmandir is the most important takht. Daas would argue that wherever a Khalsa Sangat and Guru Granth Sahib resides, this is an army headquarter, spiritual headquarter (dharam) and political headquarter. Amrit Sanchaars and local Gurdwaras are a good example of this.

Daas must stress that specific roles and aspects of Sikhi are not confined to a particular "takht" as defined by Shiromani. It is the duty of every gurdwara and Takht to uphold the principles of Sikhi and guide the khalsa panth. I believe that all 5 Takhats should work together to guide the panth.

P.s Harinder Singh ji, why do you refer to Harmandir Sahib as a takht, just out of curiousity?

just to add few more thoughts.

a takht is basically a fort or garh. Kesh-garh(taktht) is surrounded by 4 garhs(loh-garh,anand-garh,fateh-garh and hol-garh) by Dashmesh Pita whereas Harmandir is ONLY protected by Akaal garh(takht). This means that Keshgarh is even more important than Harmandir. If there is no Keshgarh, there will be Akaal takht(garh) and there will be no Harmandir.
Prove me wrong and u get 1 gandassa free.
Waht a play!

yaar u are just playing with words and making things complicated. all Gurus are one, i know that.
Basically God is Husband and we are His wives. In Har-mandir, God sleeps with His beloved wives, at Akaal-takht, God resolves the disputes among His wives and at Kesh-garh, God fights His bad wives and saves His good wives. Now in order to sleep with His good wives, first God has to save to His good wives from bad ones, as a result Keshgarh is the most important thing the sikhs have.
Harmandir is made up of gold, I would love to see Kesh-garh made up of Sri Sarbloh Jee, it will be amazing.
