- ਸਮਧਾ - i think this word would need to be pronounced with adhik on ਧ i.e. as 'sam-uda'...and not 'sumda' - this is due to it's meaning. correct?

- ਕੰਉ - i think this word appears elswhere as ਕਉ. when should and shouldn't the oora be nasalised?

- ਮਨਸਾ - i pronounce this as ਮਨਸ਼ਾ i.e. vishesh dhunee. fine?

This is correct. There should be an adhak on this word.

I don't think it should be pronounced nasal elsewhere. At this particular place, this has nasal sound this is how it's pronounced in certain areas.
