I get my things sticked from Gulati tailor, Amritsar Sahib. Just reach Darbar Sahib and ask anybody about Gulati tailor. He is pretty expensive but gives very good quality. He uses very good quality cloth.
Regarding kakkars, well u can get them from anywhere. Make sure the karra and siri sahib are of sarbloh and not steel. Just opposite Gulati tailor, there is taksali shop where u can get solid sarbloh karras and kirpans.
