Sri Kaal Ji Ustat ( in praise of the time/death), translations can in found in the Dasam Granth Sateek by Dr Jodh Singh and basically concerns the virtues of the sword as symbolising Death and the power of Kaal, describes it's eflugence, shine and brillance, ability to destroy the dhusts and protect the sants (again these terms have meanings on various levels)...

From the holy mouth of the Tenth King (Guru)
Tribhangi stanza
The eulogy of the Revered Death (Kal)
The sword chops well, chops the forces of fools and this mighty one bedecks and glorifies the battlefield.
It is the unbreakable staff of the arm, it has the powerful lustre and its light even bedims the radiance of the sun.
It brings happiness to the saints, mashing the vicious ones, it is the destroyer of sins and I am under its refuge.
Hail, hail to the cause of the world, saviour of the universe, it is my preserver,I hail its victory .2.
TRANSLATION by Dr Jodh Singh & Dr Dharam Singh (Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Text and Translation 1999 ) page 109
Tribhangi chhand
Eulogy the grand Timeless (lord)
This sword is the grand slayer, the decimater of the scoundrals, and powerful force of the art of war. It is the uninterrupted effulgence of the arms; its flame is tremendous and its glory like sun. This sword is pleasure giver to the saints, crusher of the ill will and eschewer of the force and nurturing passion and desires. I hail the power in the form of sword and I seek its shelter which is the basic cause of this creation "2"

its not jai te gang, which makes it sound like its the "victory of the ganga river" or something but instead is jai tegang as in "victory of the tegh" or sword.

Actually, Sri Akaal Takht said that all of it is Bani and that Sikhs should debate against nindaks of Dasam Bani, so that these people cannot further harm the sharda of those in between people.
