All Singhs and Kaurs should posess a Kirpan.
Actually, weapon or (hathyaar) is ones closest friend !
Hath = hand
Yaar = friend
Logic behind the word Hathyaar - Friend of the person holding it !
Therefore one should not part with one's closest friend !
Khalsa is ordered to use Kirpan inorder to do Kirpa and protect Aan. To save self (body & honour) and protect weak ones.

Inorder to live with honour and without fear one must carry a Kirpan.
But carrying doesn't necessarily means that one has the warrior spirit, therefore it is must to read Gurbani, especially Bani of Guru Gobind Singh ji.
Everyone is present in this world as per the wish of WAHEGURU, it is good to be fit and healthy but one should not forget that physical strength is temporary what will happen in old age ?
Moreso what you sow, is what you get ! If one is bully he or she will suffer for their bad actions or Karma.
