Tiska Jiska Tineh Tinka

In “Gurbani Diyan Laggan Maatran..” Bhai Sahib says:

ਜਿਸਕਾ ਦੇ ਉਤਰ ਵਿਚ ‘ਤਿਸਕਾ’ ਜਾਂ ‘ਤਿਸਹਿ’ ਨਹੀ ਆਵੇਗਾ । ‘ਤਿਨਕਾ’ ਜਾਂ ‘ਤਿਨਹਿ’ ਹੀ ਆਵੇਗਾ ।

Why is this? How is word Tiska different from Tinka? Why can’t there be Tiska in reply to Jiska? And how does Tiseh change the meanings from Tineh?

Here are some panktees which suggest otherwise but did Bhai Sahib mean that word “Tiska” would not be used for “Jiska”.

ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇਆ ॥4॥37॥106॥
ਵਾਹੁ ਵਾਹੁ ਤਿਸ ਕਉ ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਇਹੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਨੰਗਾ ਭੁਖਾ ਹੋਵੈ ਤਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਫਰੁ ਕਿਥਹੁ ਰਜਿ ਖਾਏ ॥
ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਹੋਇ ॥
ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਸਭੁ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਸੋਈ ਸੁਘੜੁ ਸੁਜਾਨੀ ॥

Some clarification would be great.

I have not been able to understand it fully and as such cannot comment on this. The examples you have given are solid. Don't know what to say.
