Waheguru ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru ji Ki Fateh

I want to ask sangat that we spend so much money on gurudawaras, gold and rumalas and everything else but never took a step to improve the quality of paper and jild material. some people said they wanted to do the seva of printing in canada or other contries but I am aginst of it because I think It should SGPC who should do this seva but what we can do to improve this. I think we should all do something about it. Please comment
