WJKK WJKF!

Just wanted to ask, are people who have disabilities such as blindness or other disabilities (inc mental) able to take Amrit?

Do the 5 piare bestow this on such seekers?

yes. If someone is willing to give their head to the Guru, than they are able to accept Amrit regardless of any physical deformities.

There is no stopping in Gurmat to administer amrit to a blind person. I know that in Radhasoamis a blind or a deaf person is not given Naam by their Guru and perhaps in other traditions this may be the case but in Gurmat there is no such restriction.

Thank you Kulbir Singh Ji! That was the reason I was asking, I read it in a Radhasoami book that blind people are not initiated as they believe the debt they hold is too large.

I was disappointed to read that especially as it was a direct quote from their Guru published in the book (released officially by Radhasoami Satsang Beas).
