Is it more fruitful to perform Simran in Sangat or in seclusion? I usually attend simran programmes at my local Gurdwara Sahib. On the rare occasion when I have done amrit vela simran on my own, I have found that my concentration on 'Vaheguru' improves.

The reason for the question is that a Gursikh to whom I posed the same question stated that Simran in sangat is more beneficial as the affect 'asar' multiplies by the number in the sangat.
