one or two ideas i had for seva while thinking the other day. thought i would suggest them for people to set up at their Guruduara and who knows perhaps people are aready doing this?

1. small groups of two or three should visit hospitals to sing or recite a little paath for the ill and infirm, especially elderly or indian persons who do not have anyone. obviously have to do so quietly in that environment- perhaps sing softly using only those small cymbals that pujaris use for accompanyment.

2. volunteers to delivar langar every night to the elderly or disabled people of the panth, or even those in hospital.
