In a gursikhs life, amrit vela is very important. How many hours should a gursikhs amrit vela be? How many hours should be spent doing simran in the amrit vela?

The gursikhs who have read bhai sahibs books, could you please write what their amrit vela routime was like.

you have to live a balanced life with an amritvela routine that you can manage for a long time. my advice is to start small and slowly build it up as you become more capable of doing so.
