I unfortunately have ate donuts that contain egg......when i checked they had no egg but that changed and these products have no ingrediants lable at point of sale so it was not intentional but does this mean I have to get pesh from the panj payare?

I think you should pesh for that. Bibek is a rehit and Guru Sahib's hukam, when we don't obey that hukam and mistakes happen, then that is our fault and peshi is necessary.
