Does religion Do More Harm Than Good?

Religion does no harm at all. The harm comes from chunch-gyanis who follow the religion only partially. If everyone was to follow the hukams of loving thy neighbour, having high morals and speaking and following the truth, what problem would stay in the world? If everyone was to stop being selfish and think of others too, this world would be such a happy place to live in.

Religion is not the problem. Problem lies in not following it properly.

Without religion this world would be pure Kalyug. All morals came from religion.

Only a fool would agree with that, that religion causes more harm then good. Kaliyug is so bad that religion is thought of negatively, as a joke and something that is not important in life. In the previous yugs religion was highly respected and so were religious men and women; never were manmukhs or sinners respected.

Although manmukhs live their lives without religion in the end, Guru Ji who has seen this happen to so many, says that they all regret, cry out and wail for God's help. But it is too late then.

Guru Ji also says that the world was only created for the practice of religion, good deeds and naam meditation - and for no other reason.

When Theologies e.g. Islam & Christianity masquarads as religion then it becomes a problem and do more harm than good. It is for these theologies Marx said opiate for the masses. Otherwise religions are good and people will turn into animals without them.
