I heard that there were virtually no Sikhs left during Banda Singh Bahadur's time, as there was a price on the heads of Sikhs.. Is this true?

If it is, then we should count ourselves lucky that we (Sikhs) number in the millions today.

Yes that is true!

BUT I personally think it was more kirpa in those times. Agreed that there is more quantity but sorry no quality, something they did have in those days. Personally I don't find it lucky. Saying that, there is still gursikhs who still have a lot of kirpa on dem, but very few!

What happpened during Baba jees time isnt much different from what happened(might be even worse) in 80's and early 90's in Punjab where almost anyone amrithdhari was picked and martyred. Its not by luck that we exist today, we exist because Waheguru jee has created this panth to exist and finally rule.
